We want you to love your purchase with Bestswimwear.com.

If something does not work out for you, here is your guide to return it. Please read the terms carefully before making a return.

Terms and conditions

Returns of regular priced merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. All Sale Items are Final Sale items and are non-returnable. Any returns postmarked within 14-30 days of receiving your order are eligible for Exchange* or Store Credit only. Any returns postmarked after 30 days of delivery will be returned to the customer.

All returned items must be in original and unused condition with tags on. If terms are not met, a 15% restocking fee may apply or the items may be sent back to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend insuring the package and using a method that allows you to track your package to insure delivery to us. Bestswimwear.com is not responsible for lost packages which were not shipped by us.

A $5 shipping charge will be deducted from all refunds on “free standard shipping” orders if the remaining total goes below $75.00.

*Exchanges can only be made for the exact item in a different size or color that is the exact value of the item you have returned. No exceptions. (Exchanges on Domestic Orders Only)

 

1. Look up your order

After you receive your order, if you wish to return one or more of the items, simply click here to look up your order, put in your email address and order number associated with the item(s) you wish to return.  Find the item you would like to return and click on the type of return you would like to make.  Follow the instructions choosing return type, quantity, reason for return and detailed notes. 

Note:  If the word “no” is under the returnable tab, this means your item is a final sale item and non-returnable for refund, exchange or gift card.

 

2. Send it to us

Package up the items and ship the package back to us using the shipping company you prefer. Be sure to put your order number on the outside of the package to ensure expedited processing. We strongly suggest using a method that provides a tracking number to ensure the package is delivered to us.

 

3. We get your package

Upon receipt of returned merchandise we will...

For Refunds issue you a credit based on the payment method used.

For Store Credit issue a Bestswimwear Virtual Gift Card to be used on anything in our store! You will receive an email with the Gift Card number attached. 

For an Exchange send you the exact item in the different size or color you have requested. In the case the item is out of stock we will contact you by email.

If any items are returned where a coupon code was used the discount will be subtracted before the return is processed. Items purchased using Coupon Codes with FINALSALE in the phrase are considered final sale items and are non-returnable for refund, exchange or store credit.

Please allow 7-10 days for us to process your return.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately by emailing info@bestswimwear.com with your item number. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours.
