Bestswimwear is a customer driven, women run, swimwear and clothing boutique in downtown Hermosa Beach. We provide a well informed one on one customer experience in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Our store is comprised of carefully selected clothing situated among designer swimwear and cover ups. We strive to find swimwear brands that boast sustainability so we can provide our customers with eco friendly options.
Assistant Store Manager - Hermosa Beach Location. Part-time with the flexibility for full time.
Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Store Manager in the daily routines of running the floor.
- Be on the sales floor and deliver an excellent customer experience through a customer first mindset to build loyal client relationships
- Assist customers and monitor customer interaction with the sales team providing in the moment coaching for continuous improvement
- Ensure store maintenance, presentation and organization
- Open and close the store, closing out the register, end of day cleaning and ensuring inventory is restocked and organized
- Maintaining the exact standard of policies and procedures set in place at all times
