Key Holder - Hermosa Beach
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example. Create a positive and happy work environment for the team.
  • Become well versed in what we sell and have fun getting to know our customer's needs.
  • Become every guest's personal shopper and stylist. 
  • Keep the store clean and beautiful. 
  • Be a team player and take responsibility when you need to go above and beyond for customers.
  • Answer phone calls and handle minimal online customer service duties.
  • Communicate clearly with the store manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of previous retail and customer service experience.
  • Dependable and trustworthy personality.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This includes but is not limited to weekends and holidays. 
  • Must be able to perform all opening and closing duties.
