Customer Service - Hermosa Beach

We are looking for someone with great phone skills and a very cheerful attitude for a customer service position. This candidate will be answering all calls for our online store and speaking to customers about fit, purchases, returns, and general questions or concerns. Other duties include processing online orders and returns.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer customer questions and assist them with order placement and site navigation through phone and email.
  • Assist customers with making purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve any and all customer issues in a timely, upbeat, and friendly manner.
  • Manually place new orders and process returns.
  • Field customer questions, concerns & problems.
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the company's swimwear products and relay this information to customers.
  • Develop rapport with customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Dependable and trustworthy.
  • Fantastic phone skills.
  • A friendly outgoing personality.

Job Type: Full Time - This is an in store full time position: Mon-Fri  7:30am - 3:30pm 

Key Holder - Hermosa Beach & Long Beach

Responsibilities: 

Lead by example. Create a positive and happy work environment for the team.

  • Become every guest’s personal stylist. Get to know your guests and find the perfect style solution to fit their needs and budget.
  • Learn our products. Try on, pour over our website and become versed in what we sell.
  • Online customer service. Phone and email support.
  • Warmly greet every guest who walks through our door. We want everyone to feel acknowledged and welcomed. We want our team to smile in the back of the house as much as they do on the floor.
  • Keep the store beautiful. You like things to be clean, sparkling and well organized, and you’ll take the initiative to fix something if it doesn’t look right.
  • Be a team player. Everyone collaborates to share knowledge, celebrate successes, troubleshoot problems and drive the company to become a little better every day. You like to keep an upbeat attitude and you’re not a fan of gossip or negativity. No job is beneath you, and you’ll always go the extra mile to get things done right with a great attitude.
  • Answer phone calls and handle minimal online customer service duties.
  • Communicate clearly with the store manager.
  • Must be able to perform all opening and closing duties. 
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of previous retail and customer service experience.
  • Dependable and trustworthy.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This includes but is not limited to weekends and holidays.

Sales Associate - Hermosa Beach & Long Beach
