Ordering

Do the tops come with the bottoms that are shown in the picture?

All of our suits are sold as separates. Many people are not the same size on top and bottom, this allows you to get the exact style and fit you are looking for. Tops and bottoms are paired together in pictures, but please refer to the title of the item you are purchasing to make sure you are buying the correct piece.

When will my order be processed?

Most orders placed prior to 1PM PST M-F are shipped out on the same day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. If you place your order after 1PM it will be shipped out on the next business day.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Can I add something to my order once it is placed?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, for security purposes we do not have the ability to recharge a credit card so we cannot add any items to an existing order.

Give us a call (before your order is shipped) and we can place a second order for you and do our best to combine shipping rates.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Yes and No. We can change sizes or cancel items, but we cannot add new items to your order (see above). Give us a call and we will help you sort our your order.

What happens if an item I order is out of stock?

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available, in which case we will notify you via e-mail with alternate choices. If we do not receive a reply within 7 days the order will be canceled and the customer will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase. You may then request a refund or use that store credit to place another order.

Shipping

How long does ‘free standard shipping’ take to arrive?

Free Standard Shipping is shipped using USPS and usually arrives within 3-7 business days.

If I place my order on Friday prior to 1PM and choose Next Business Day, when will my package arrive?

We will ship the order out using Fed Ex on Friday and your package will arrive on the following Monday prior to 8PM. If the order is placed after 1PM it may not ship out until the following Monday which will make the delivery on the following Tuesday prior to 8PM.

Do Saturday and Sunday count as Business Days?

No, Saturday and Sunday are not considered Business Days and should not be counted in the delivery time frame.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, at this time we do ship internationally but not to all countries. The customer is responsible for ALL duties and fees imposed by customs in that country. Please view our shipping page for more details.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders ship out of California.

I placed two orders, and paid for expedited shipping on both, can they be combined and my shipping fee refunded on one of the packages?

Orders are processed with shipping fees calculated at time of purchase, adding additional items would then possibly change the calculation, therefore we cannot combine packages with expedited shipping fees.

How do I return my order?

To make a return click here. Put in your order number and email that you used to place the order. Once your order comes up you can start the return process.

If I don’t like the item(s) I purchased can I return the order for a full refund?

Yes, all regular priced items post marked within 14 days of delivery can returned for a full refund.

*Final Sale items are non-returnable for refund, exchange or store credit.

If I use a coupon/discount code is that considered non-returnable final sale?

No, orders that have a discount or coupon code used at check out are not considered final sale unless the phrase “final sale” is in the code. i.e. FinalSale20

Are returns free?

Yes! Amazing right? As long as your order fits our returns criteria we will email you a label. Click here to start a return.

What if I choose not to use the prepaid return shipping label?

If you do not have access to a printer or prefer to use your own method of shipping please ship your item(s) back to the address below:

We recommend using a method that insures delivery with a tracking number. If you choose to an alternative method, Bestswimwear cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages.

What are the terms for the $40 promo?

Spend $100, Get $40 for a Future Purchase
- Qualifying orders totaled $100+ USD after discounts and before tax and shipping fees.
- Promotional e-codes valid through January 16th, 2023 at 11:59 PM PST.
- Promotional e-code is not valid towards the purchase of gift cards or previous orders.
- No minimum purchase is required to redeem.
- $40 promotional e-code must be redeemed in a single order.
- Promotional e-code will not hold a balance if not fully redeemed.
- Limited to one time use and one per customer.
- If item(s) ordered with the $40 USD promotional e-code applied are returned or cancelled, a new
promotional e-code will not be issued or applied to a new order.
- Promotional e-code cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash.
- If item purchased with the promotional e-code is returned, the certificate value will be deducted from
