A: All of our suits are sold as separates. Many people are not the same size on top and bottom, this allows you to get the exact style and fit you are looking for. Tops and bottoms are paired together in pictures, but please refer to the title of the item you are purchasing to make sure you are buying the correct piece.
A: Most orders placed prior to 1PM M-F are shipped out on the same day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. If you place your order after 1PM it will be shipped out on the next business day.

A: No, for security purposes we do not have the ability to recharge a credit card so we cannot add any items to an existing order.
A: No, unfortunately we cannot edit an order once it is placed. If you ordered the wrong item you can call or email us to cancel the order and then place a new order for the correct item.
A: While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available, in which case we will notify you via e-mail with alternate choices. If we do not receive a reply within 7 days the order will be canceled and the customer will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase. You may then request a refund or use that store credit to place another order.
A: Free Standard Shipping is shipped using USPS and usually arrives within 3-7 business days. *Due to COVID-19 USPS is experiencing big delays up to 3 weeks for delivery.
A: We will ship the order out using Fed Ex on Friday and your package will arrive on the following Monday prior to 8PM. If the order is placed after 1PM it may not ship out until the following Monday which will make the delivery on the following Tuesday prior to 8PM.
A: No, Saturday and Sunday are not considered Business Days and should not be counted in the delivery time frame.
A: Yes, at this time we do ship internationally but not to all countries. The customer is responsible for ALL duties and fees imposed by customs in that country. Please view our shipping page for more details.
A: All orders ship out of California.
A: Orders are processed with shipping fees calculated at time of purchase, adding additional items would then possibly change the calculation, therefore we cannot combine packages with expedited shipping fees.
Returns and Exchanges
A: To make a return click Details > Returns - our returns portal. Put in your order number and email that you used to place the order. Once your order comes up you can start the returns process.
A: Yes, all regular priced items post marked within 14 days of delivery can returned for a full refund. *Final Sale items are non-returnable for refund, exchange or store credit.
A: No, orders that have a discount or coupon code used at check out are not considered final sale unless the phrase “final sale” is in the code. i.e. Final Sale 20
A: No, at this time the customer is responsible for the shipping on returns. If you choose to use the provided label a $6 fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Please refer to our returns link at the bottom of our website for the entire return policy.
A: You may return your item(s) using any method you prefer and the $6 fee will be waived. We recommend using a method that insures delivery with a tracking number.
