Simple tip: go with the wild blueberries found in the frozen food isle; they actually have MORE antioxidants than regular blueberries!

Blueberry Dream Smoothie

Serves 2 / Prep Time: 5 minutes

1 cup frozen wild blueberries

½ banana, cut into a few pieces

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup plain unsweetened lowfat yogurt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Handful of baby greens (spinach, arugula, salad greens)

3 or 4 ice cubes

Optional Add Ins or Toppings: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseeds, 2 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes, 2 tsp cacao nibs, 2-3 whole blackberries, 2-3 mint leaves

Layer the ingredients in the blender in the order they are listed. Process until smooth and serve immediately.
