Orders without Checkout+ are subject to an $11 return fee, deducted from your refund.

Package Protection
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged in transit, you’re covered. Just report the issue within 15 days of the delivery date and we’ll take care of it.

Checkout+ is for domestic orders only (APO and FPO Returns are not eligible). For international and APO and FPO returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Start a Return

In store return policy: All swimwear and sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. All other merchandise must be returned within 10 days of purchase. 

Online Returns must be postmarked: within 15 days of delivery for a refund and within 30 days for a Store Credit or Exchange.

All returned items must be in original and unused condition with tags on. If terms are not met, a 15% restocking fee may apply or the items may be sent back to you.

You may return your website purchase in either of our two physical locations for a refund. The refund will be processed within 2 business days online back to the same method of payment used for the purchase. For in store exchanges if your item is not available in store you will need to process your exchange using our online returns link.

International Returns

For international, APO, and FPO orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
