Shipping -

All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days.

Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier's responsibility and BestSwimwear is no longer liable. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping.

BestSwimwear is not responsible for an incorrect or insufficient address provided to us, but if this happens please contact us immediately with the correct information and we will try our best to reroute the package if possible – please note that additional charges will incur for rerouting.

2nd Business Day Express

  • Add $11 to Standard Shipping and Handling Charges.

BestSwimwear respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address – please note if you have signed up for our mailing list we reserve the right to add you to our list and forward emails to you for promotional purposes.

Returns & Exchanges -

Returns are gladly accepted, but must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery. Upon receipt of returned merchandise we will issue you a credit based on the payment method used and contact you via email with the refund amount. If an exchange is desired we will issue you an e-credit to be used on our website. All returned items must be in original and unused condition with tags on. If terms are not met, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Please make sure that items are insured for the full amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages/Defective Merchandise -

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately.

Out Of Stock -

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available, in which case we will notify you via e-mail with alternate choices.
